We will adequately control risks where they cannot be eliminated
by a process of pro-active risk assessment.
The company considers compliance with the statutory provisions
as a minimum standard.
Our work will be carried out in compliance with the statutory
provisions and that all reasonably practicable measures will
be taken to avoid risks to the health, safety, and welfare of
our employees or others who may be affected by our undertaking.
All employees will receive appropriate information, instruction
and training with regard to their responsibilities and of the
company’s health and safety arrangements.
Our Management team and supervisory staff have responsibility
for ensuring that Health & Safety considerations are always
given priority in planning and day-to-day activities.
The management team has specific responsibilities for the implementation
of the policy throughout the Company.
All employees and sub-contractors are required to co-operate
with the Company in carrying out this policy and are required
to ensure that work is, so far as is reasonably practicable,
carried out without risks to themselves, or any others who may
be affected by that work.
The Directors have included the Quality and Health and Safety
as part of the Managing Directors remit to whom reference should
be made regarding any questions in respect of the implementation
of this Policy or related queries.
The Managing Director will establish objectives and monitor
the operation of this policy and arrangements. The results of
monitoring and management reviews will be analysed and the appropriate
actions implemented to support the effective management of health
and safety and our commitment to continual improvement.
The detailed arrangements to implement and comply with this
Policy will be available to all our employees. Alex Burton
